Canon EF 16-35 f/2.8L II USM (L Series) Ultra-Wide Zoom Lens

The EF 16-35mm f/2.8L II USM is a high performance, and ultra wide-angle Canon L-series lens. It has been specifically designed for improved edge-to-edge image quality that will meet the strict requirements of professional and high-end amateur photographers. It features 3 high-precision aspherical lens elements, each of a different type: ground, replica and GMo for even better image quality than the original EF 16-35mm f/2.8L USM. The circular aperture produces a beautiful and natural background blur when shooting at wider apertures. Other features include internal focusing, a ring type USM (Ultra Sonic Monitor), and new AF algorithms for fast and quiet autofocusing.

Canon 24-70 EF 24-70mm f/2.8L USM

The Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8 L USM Lens is a very high quality, Sharp Lens worthy of its L Series designation. Few zoom lenses reach this level of sharpness. The 24-70 L is sharp in the center at f/2.8 at all focal lengths and performs very well in the corners.

The wide open 24mm corners are most-affected by vignetting. Vignetting is very well controlled, but apparent in the corners at f/2.8 at 24mm on a full frame body. Vignetting improves as the focal length increases and the aperture is narrowed. At comparable apertures, the 24-70 L shows less vignetting than the also-excellent Canon EF 24-105mm f/4 L IS USM Lens - a typically-expected result when comparing a fast lens to a slower lens.

Image quality is not the only pro-grade feature of the Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8 L USM Lens. Excellent AF is part of the equation. A Ring USM (Ultrasonic Motor) AF system delivers quiet, fast and accurate autofocus. The 24-70 L's f/2.8 aperture enables the enhanced-sensitivity of many Canon EOS DSLR body's AF points. As usual for a Ring USM AF system, FTM (Full-Time Manual) focusing is enabled. The 24-70 L does not extend with focus and the 77mm filter ring does not rotate.

This easy-to-use standard zoom lens can cover a large zoom area ranging from 24mm wide-angle to 105mm portrait-length telephoto, and its Image Stabilizer Technology steadies camera shake up to three stops. Constructed with one Super-UD glass element and three aspherical lenses, this lens minimizes chromatic aberration and distortion. The result is excellent picture quality, even at wide apertures. Canon's ring-type USM gives silent but quick AF, along with full-time manual focus. Moreover, with dust- and moisture-resistant construction, this is a durable yet sophisticated lens that meets the demands of advanced amateur photographers and professional photographers alike.

Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8 L USM (L Series) Telephoto Zoom Lens

The 70-200mm L lens family shows many genetic similarities aside from their obvious focal length range similarity. Top notch image quality with build quality to match is at the top of the list. All have constant wide apertures (f/2.8 or f/4) over their entire zoom range. All feature fast, quiet and accurate autofocusing benefiting from Ring USM (Ultrasonic Motor) and internal-focusing. All four are internal zooming lenses - the physical length of the lens does not change throughout the zoom range. All four share 8-blade apertures (though the IS lenses features a round aperture) for excellent out-of-focus blur quality.
